Delivery times are Royal Mail's estimates, not guarantees. Any delivery offer running at the time of your order is shown at checkout. For Christmas, order by 18 December for free delivery or 20 December for express.

Dispatch

Order in-stock pieces by 1pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch them the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, go out the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way.

Pre-orders

If a piece is on pre-order, its expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If your order includes pre-order and in-stock pieces, we send everything together when the pre-order pieces are ready. If a dispatch date changes, we'll email you straight away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Where we deliver

UK addresses only, for now.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for five working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@keldjewellery.com with your order number. We'll chase Royal Mail and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you in full. The piece is our responsibility until it reaches you.
