Delivery options

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way.
Express delivery
Order by 1pm Monday to Friday and we’ll dispatch the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, go out the next working day.
Standard delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within two to three working days of dispatch. Orders placed by 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day
Christmas Deliveries: Order by 18th December for free delivery, 20th December for express delivery
Where we deliver
UK addresses only, for now. If you’re outside the UK, email us and we’ll let you know when that changes.
Pre-orders
If a piece is on pre-order, its expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. We’ll email you when it’s on its way.
How it arrives
Every piece comes in its own Keld cotton pouch, ready to keep or give as a gift.
Late, lost or damaged
If your tracking hasn’t moved for five working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@keldjewellery.com with your order number. We’ll chase Royal Mail and, if it’s lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
